Standard Series Valves
Standard series includes thermostatic, lockshield and manual regulation radiator valves as well as connection fittings for compact radiators. Above-mentioned products are available in different patterns and connection options for full adjustment to all the types of heating installations.
Standard thermostatic valves
Standard thermostatic valves are suitable for connecting to a central heating radiator on the inlet pipe. Along with the thermostatic head they regulate the heating medium flow in the radiator . Using thermostatic radiator valves enables an independent temperature regulation in every room as well as noticeable energy savings .
Thermostatic valves can be connected with all Schlösser thermostatic heads as well as other heads with M30x1,5 connection thread and closing dimension 11,5mm. We offer them in axial, straight, angle, side angle (left and right) patterns. Depending on concrete heating installation requirements version with internal thread ½ or external thread M22x15 is available.
Standard lockshield valves
Lockshield valves are suitable for connecting to a radiator on the outlet system pipe. They enable individual shut off or replacement of the radiator without draining the system. They incorporate the pre-setting function as well, which is used for flow regulating in central heating pipes. As a result it may be used along with a thermostatic valve without the pre-setting feature.
Lockshield valves are available in straight or angle pattern, and nominal diameter DN10 or DN15. You can choose between valves with traditional threaded connections, valves suitable for connection to steel, Cu 15x1 or PEX 16x2 system pipes or for CU 15x1 solder end system pipes.
Standard connection fittings
Connection fittings are used for connecting compact radiators provided with 50 mm connections to the central heating system. They enable individual shut off or replacement of radiator without draining the system.
H valves have integral lockshield valves which give a possibility to cut–off particular radiator during exploitation or radiator replacement with no necessity to turn off the whole installation and without draining the system.
Valves have also a function of presetting which ensures possibility of flow regulation in central heating system. Therefore, it comprises the features of a regulating and isolation valve. Connection fittings are available in angle and straight patterns. Extra 1/2x3/4 nipple enables connecting the fittings to radiators with stubs provided with G1/2 internal thread.
Connection fittings may be connected to PEX, Alupex, steel, copper pipes using compression connectors.
Manual regulation radiator valves
Manual regulation radiator valves are suitable for connecting to a radiator on the inlet pipe or outlet pipe. They enable individual shut off or replacement of the radiator without draining the system. They also enable the pre-setting feature that is used for flow regulation in central heating systems. As a result they combine features of isolation valve on the inlet and lockshield valve on the outlet.
