In Duo-plex 3/4x3/4 connections to the installation pipes as well as to the radiator are exactly the same if it’s about the shape and dimensions.
In consequence, by switching the radiator connectors and compression connectors on the duo-plex body one may choose to install the thermostatic head on the left or on the right side of the duo-plex.
The change of head installation side does not cause the change of heating medium inlet side.
Important rule to follow is:
- in case of Duo-plex version with inlet on the right side, heating medium inlet pipe should be located on the right side looking on the wall where the radiator is installed; thermostatic head can be installed freely: on the left or right side of the Duo-plex.
- in case of Duo-plex version with inlet on the left side, heating medium inlet pipe should be located on the left side looking on the wall where the radiator is installed; thermostatic head can be installed freely: on the left or right side of the Duo-plex.
3/4x3/4 Duo-plex consists of a valve body with four external threads 3/4 "and two tailpieces to connect duo-plex to the radiator.
